? Training will take place on A Shift (first 4-6 weeks) What You'll Do Operate and load/unload molding machines Set up equipment and follow work instructions Move materials and load ovens for processing Prepare products for machining (cutting, sizing) Assist with assembly tasks (cutting, notching, threading) Perform basic machine maintenance Complete production reports accurately Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Willingness to train on A Shift and move to B Shift Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Why Apply? ?
