  • Full-time We're hiring Molding Operators for 1st & 2nd shift in Conneaut. Pay is weekly and ranges from $19
  • 20 an hour depending on the position.
Molding Operators are responsible for forming castings with permanent/semi-permanent molds, directing the pouring of a computerized ladle to fill the molds with aluminum or hand pour aluminum if required, and must be able to lift 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail is required. Molding Operators must identify defects in the castings to ensure a high standard of safety. Previous experience in molding/casting is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided on the job. The work environment can be hot. Molding Operators will be working near a furnace and must be comfortable working in extreme heat. Heat can fluctuate depending on the area of the plant. These are great temp-to-hire positions with a path to benefits. Once hired permanently, operators are eligible for PTO, health insurance, an employee assistance program and a flexible spending account. Overtime is mandatory when scheduled. Molding Operators must be available to work on the weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Previous experience in molding is helpful, but not required. On the job training is provided.
