Full Job Description Benefits & Perks:
Full-time position 40 hours per week Overtime may be required $22.00 per hour

Probationary Period:
3 Months (90 Days)
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate machines to meet daily production goals Start up and shut down machines safely Fix basic problems with machines or support equipment Change molds, materials, or colors when needed Use a forklift or overhead crane to move molds Connect hot runners, robotic arms, and other equipment if needed Keep work area clean and organized Check parts to ensure they meet quality standards Stop machines if there is a problem and correct the issue Perform daily machine checks for maintenance needs Assist with writing instructions for ISO procedures Follow all safety, quality, and company rules Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of plastic injection mold processing experience Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane Ability to read and follow setup instruction sheets Follow all safety rules at all times Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work overtime if asked Standard work hours: 6:30AM-3:00PM, Monday through
