Injection Molder Operator, 2nd Shift 3PM to 1AM

Job Summary:

This is a second shift position. Candidate will train on first shift, then move to second shift. We are seeking an experienced Molder Operator to join our team. As a Molder Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection mold machinery to produce high-quality plastic products. This is a full-time position in our manufacturing facility.

Duties:

• Operate injection molder according to production specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Familiarity with hand tool use and mechanical operation of injection mold equipment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Ability to move and handle materials according to specifications and production needs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Monday-Thursday:

3:00 pm

• 1:00 am

Overtime:

Fridays as needed (8 hrs

• 3:00 pm-9:00 pm)

1 year (Required) Plastics molding: 1 year (Preferred)
