00/hour with the potential to increase every month pending performance Join a family owned company and be a part of an epic team in a fast paced atmosphere. Operators must cast and trim parts in a timely manner while observing all safety procedures. Position requires standing, walking, bending, and arm extension, repetitively for 8-hour shifts. Must be productive while on company time. All new hires start on 1st shift then transfer to off shift of their preference. Full Time Off Shift Premium $0.80/hour Benefits include Medical, Dental, Short term disability and 401K plan Company paid $50,000 Life insurance policy 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM 3rd shift Monday-Friday 11:00PM-7:30
