Pipe Mill Operator Job Summary The Pipe Mill Attendant supports pipe manufacturing operations by assisting with machine setup, monitoring production, handling materials, and ensuring product quality and workplace safety. This role works closely with mill operators and supervisors to maintain efficient production operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the setup, operation, and shutdown of pipe mill equipment Load raw materials and unload finished pipe products Monitor production processes and promptly report abnormalities or equipment issues Measure and inspect pipe products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards Perform basic adjustments and minor maintenance under supervision Remove scrap material and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements Accurately complete required production, quality, and safety documentation Assist operators during changeovers and maintenance activities Other duties may be assigned as needed.
