Job Description

Privately owned company is searching for Moulder Operator/Millwork Laborer to assist with daily tasks within our Millwork manufacturing facility.
Position Summary:
As a Moulder Operator/Millwork Laborer you will also be working various duties throughout the manufacturing plant daily as assigned. The Moulder Operator/Millwork Laborer will assist to help ensure that quality and production standards are met consistently, performing tasks such as: Operating Millwork Machinery , material handling packing assisting other coworkers at each workstation.
Skills Required:
Attention to Detail and MUST be able to pass Drug Testing . Ability to complete projects with limited supervision. Ability to work and interact well with co-workers Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions. Ability to exercise judgment and decisiveness. Must be able to perform heavy lifting (25-75lbs), follow directions, learn quickly, work well with others, be on your feet throughout the day, and work in a fast-paced setting. Pay rate will be dependent on prior work experience with lumber and millwork materials. A $600 Sign On BONUS based on experience to operate Millwork Machinery to include a pay increase after 90 days of employment based on work performed.
