Job Summary:

Build, break down and recover casting molds and assist with pouring molten aluminum. Essential skills

• Create sand molds using small pneumatic tools, frames and match plates
• Break down molds after pouring reclaim and clean sand
• Assist with pouring molten metal into molds
• Assist Foundry Lead and cross train in other duties in work area Experience High School diploma or equivalent. No experience required,will be trained on site

FREQUENTLY DURING A 10 HOUR SHIFT.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with small hand tools, air tools, shop tools like sanders and grinders
• Good hand eye coordination
• Knowledge of metals in their molten state is a plus.

$19.00 to $20.00 per Hour Depending on Experience, Plus Bonus
