Steel Foundry seeking a full time Induction Furnace Operator. This is a Day Shift Position. 4 am to 12 noon ( Initial Training hours 5 am to 1 pm) Permanent Fulltime Position. Monday through Friday. Some overtime is probable. Daily job duties are to weigh and record charge materials for Induction furnace. Monitor and record process to melt the charge materials to molten. Monitor and repair furnace refractory. Reline and repair Ladles. Assist in pouring molten steel. This is a safety sensitive job. Metatarsal shoes required.( EFI has an annual Boot Program for all permanent employees.) All other PPE supplied by EFI. You will be trained by EFI on forklift use. ( Medical , Dental , Vision Package available after completion of 90 day probationary period.) 401K option , Life Insurance, and Short & Long Term Disability after 6 months of fulltime employment.
