This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys mechanical work, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, remove, and set up molds in injection molding machines Assist with machine start-ups, process adjustments, and troubleshooting Ensure molds, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and prepared Monitor production for quality and consistency Work closely with processing staff to optimize machine performance Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing is a plus (but not required) Ability to use basic hand tools and follow technical instructions Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift, move, and position molds and equipment (with proper support) Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
