Job Description

Injection Molding Process Technician (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift) Bardot Plastics, Easton, PA 18045 Bardot Plastics and New Pig Corporation are both part of the New Pendulum Family of Companies. Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Shift Differential About the Role We are seeking experienced Injection Molding Process Technicians to support our multi-shift manufacturing operation. This role is critical to ensuring consistent part quality, efficient cycle times, and stable processing across a wide range of materials and tooling.
Openings are available for:
1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift This is a hands-on position, ideal for individuals who take pride in troubleshooting, process optimization, and maintaining high production standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and processes Establish and maintain robust, repeatable processes Monitor part quality and make process adjustments as needed Optimize cycle times while maintaining quality standards Work with a variety of materials, including PP, ABS, HDPE, Nylon, and engineered resins Identify and resolve molding defects (warp, sink, burn, short shots, etc.) Perform mold changes and assist with preventive maintenance Document and update process parameters and setup sheets Collaborate with supervisors, QC, and maintenance teams Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor Qualifications 3+ years of injection molding processing experience (required) Strong troubleshooting skills; experience with scientific molding principles preferred Experience with a variety of presses (50-700+ ton range is a plus) Ability to read and understand process sheets and work instructions Knowledge of material behavior and processing windows Comfortable working independently on off shifts Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity Why Join Us Well-established injection molding operation with modern equipment Team-oriented environment with strong leadership support Opportunity to make a direct impact on production and quality Growth potential into senior technical or supervisory roles Apply Today If you are a skilled process technician who enjoys solving problems and keeping production running at peak performance, we want to hear from you.
