GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
: The primary duty of the Polisher is to ensure Silverware is clean and polished properly every guest in our dining room. It will be your role to ensure all utensils are clean and spot free in a timely manner while performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Regular and timely attendance for scheduled shifts. Ensures that all quality standards, policies/procedures and administrative requirements are adhered to according to Employee, Accounting and Departmental Reference Manuals. Reviews and ensures that all annual performance appraisals are properly and timely completed. Have a thorough knowledge of all items needed to ensure clean properly assembled settings. Keep work stations, clean organized and well stocked. Help coworkers whenever possible. Communicate with managers Communicate with management staff regarding needs to complete the tasks at hand. Perform all assigned side work. Performs any other tasks assigned by management.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work all shifts and have a flexible schedule.

EXPERIENCE
There is no prior experience or training required to perform the essential functions of this job.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to; sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. They are sometimes required to stand for long hours, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. It is also required that the employee be able to lift, turn, or exert force more than 30 pounds.
