This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting production by operating CNC equipment, maintaining molds, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate vertical CNC machinery to support production requirements. Polish and vent molds to maintain quality and performance standards. Perform mold repairs and troubleshooting as needed to support production floor operations. Cut stock material to required dimensions using a table saw for fixturing applications. Assist with the setup and operation of 5-axis CNC routers as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Ensure quality standards and production specifications are consistently met. Qualifications & Skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. Why Join Us?
