Employee Assistance Program Requirements We are searching for a candidate with: 1-2 years of Slitter operator experience Forklift experience required Strong mathematical ability - Working with fractions and decimals The ability to read and interpret charts, specifications, and production schedules Experience using micrometer and calipers Solid computer skills, specifically Oracle A detail-oriented nature Duties and Responsibilities A typical day may include: Maintaining a safe work environment Using measuring tools (micrometer and calipers) to check metal gage and roll diameters Using computer-controlled equipment to monitor / operate line Working from drawings, work orders, specifications, instructions, and established methods and procedures Using a variety of material handling equipment such as powered fork-lift trucks Setting up separator blades to ensure proper "fan out" of metal and eliminate rolled edges Interpreting drawings and specifications to plan setups Making repairs and adjustments to the equipment, referring major repairs to the maintenance personnel Detecting and reporting faulty operation, defective material and equipment, and all unusual conditions to proper supervisor Maintaining workplace in a neat and orderly condition Making out time and production reports Experience entering production into system Any additional responsibilities deemed necessary by leadership Position Details Full Time Located in:
