Job Summary This role is responsible for overall maintenance and repair of production molds/forms along automated manufacturing lines. Job Responsibilities Install, adjust and repair production equipment and molds as assigned Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts and complete tasks as assigned Install molds and mold components and test to ensure proper functioning Dismantle molds to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists, hand tools and power tools Lubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operation Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance assuring product meets quality requirements Assist other operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product Other duties may be assigned as needed Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting performing manufacturing maintenance Previous experience in plant machine maintenance; welding (preferred but can work around) What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
