Process Tech Details:

Direct Hire position $66,560.00 /annually Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:30am) Ensure safe work practices and proper use of PPE Perform mold changeovers, machine startups, and color changes Conduct product inspections per the Control Plan Complete process audits to confirm equipment and process performance Troubleshoot molding processes, machines, and facility equipment Perform non-destructive and destructive product testing Support root cause analysis and corrective actions Maintain organized work areas through 5S principles Participate in mold qualification and process optimization Ensure processes are documented, followed, and continuously improved Perform additional duties as needed

Process Tech Qualifications:

Experience in blow molding and/or injection molding 5+ years of plastics processing experience (packaging or healthcare preferred) Associate degree or equivalent technical education Fork truck and overhead crane certification preferred Strong understanding of molding machines & processing Proven ability to build a strong safety culture Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills Leadership ability—able to motivate, collaborate, and influence Detail oriented and organized Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
