  • Safe work environment Job Description The Generalist Operator plays a vital role in our manufacturing process, working with machinery, raw materials, and teammates to produce high-quality fiber cement building products.
Ideal candidates are self-driven, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Important:
You must be available to work a rotating swing shift schedule (12-hour shifts alternating between days and nights). Location Requirements

What You'll Do:
  • Operate heavy equipment including forklifts
  • Lift up to 40 lbs continuously
  • Work in varying environmental conditions (temperature, pressure, raw materials)
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Rotate across multiple assignments during your shift
