Operate multiple injection molding machines with a strong understanding of the molding process Trim excess material using knives, gate clippers, rout-a-burr tools, and other hand tools Follow detailed job instructions to complete customer orders accurately and efficiently Perform routine quality checks to ensure production standards are met Attach proper labels and tags to products and packages Complete basic secondary operations as needed Package finished goods for shipping or bulk storage Monitor machine performance and identify mechanical or material issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to all plant standard operating procedures and safety guidelinesQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred Ability to run more than one molding machine and related support equipment Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Solid teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and accurately use measurement tools such as tape measures, carpenter's squares, and rulers High level of reliability and personal accountability Bilingual (English/Spanish), highly desired (Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply — on-the-job training is available.) Work Environment Manufacturing plant environment (not climate controlled) Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and odors Frequent standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift Fast-paced production with occasional unscheduled interruptions Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. required Availability to work 12 hour scheduled workdays Why Join Us?
