What You'll Do As a Restoration Mitigation Technician, you'll be part of the first response team that helps stabilize homes and businesses after damage occurs.
Your work may include:
Water damage mitigation and structural drying Fire and smoke cleanup Mold remediation Demolition and job site preparation Equipment setup and monitoring Cleaning and sanitation Moisture mapping and documentation Emergency response services Working alongside Project Managers and teammates to restore properties quickly and professionally This is an active field position, ideal for someone who prefers movement, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving over sitting behind a desk. No problem. We provide paid training for entry-level candidates who are motivated, dependable, and willing to learn. Experienced technicians are also encouraged to apply and can advance quickly. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug test Must be at least 21 years old Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly Comfortable working in PPE, including respirators and protective suits Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments Strong work ethic and positive attitude Professional communication with customers and teammates Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience in any of the following is a plus: Restoration or mitigation Construction or demolition Remodeling or trades work Water, fire, or mold damage restoration Xactimate estimating IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)
