Description Shifts Available Second Shift:
Monday through Thursday 3pm to 1am
Third Shift:
Friday through Sunday 5a-5p
Fourth Shift:
Friday through Sunday 5p-5a Assisting in the operation of a rotational molding machine, producing plastic components conforming to customer and company specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare molds by cleaning them, adding inserts and other components. Add the proper amount of materials to each mold and utilize overhead cranes to regularly lift and move heavy equipment. Assist in loading and unloading molds. Basic platform operation. Maintain safe and clean working conditions. Cutting filters/refill. Filling material in staging buckets with correct mixtures to ensure quality. Staging and preparing for production runs. Trimming excess flash from products. Foaming products. Assembling products. Promote Company Core Values. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Knowledge of manufacturing operation and quality processes preferred. Mechanical aptitude required. Ability to work safely, efficiently, and effectively at a rapid pace. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. Ability to work with hand tools. Ability to maintain a clean work area. Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Monitor safety and quality.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent or work-experience equivalent.
Work Environment:
Majority of time spent will be in a factory setting. There are minimal offensive smells, vapors, or noises. There may be exposure to extreme heat. Salary $15 - $16 per hour
