Job Summary Pronto Staffing is hiring a Concrete Mixer Operator for a long-term manufacturing project. In this role, you will run concrete mixing machinery and combine raw materials using specific formulas. You will work with a production team to ensure quality materials are ready on schedule. Responsibilities Run concrete mixing equipment to make high-quality products on time Measure and mix raw materials like cement, water, and stone using set formulas Check mixing times, product thickness, and moisture levels Work with the production team to deliver concrete to the right work areas Check tools before and after use and report any mechanical problems Keep clear records of materials used and daily production work Clean mixing tools and keep the outdoor work area organized Requirements Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) Experience running concrete mixing tools or working in a concrete plant preferred Basic mechanical skills to spot machine problems Ability to follow recipe designs and safety rules carefully Strong focus on safety, detail, and good attendance Background check and drug screening may be required Work Environment Standing and walking for long periods during the shift Lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Working outdoors in changing temperatures with dust, noise, and vibration Bending, stooping, climbing, and working near heavy industrial machinery Wearing steel-toe boots, long pants, and all required safety gear Benefits Benefits may be available depending on assignment.
