Job Summary Pronto Staffing is hiring a Concrete Mixer Operator for a long-term manufacturing project. In this role, you will operate heavy mixing machinery to produce high-quality concrete. You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment and get cross-trained on other duties. Responsibilities Run concrete mixing equipment to make high-quality product mixtures Measure and combine raw materials like cement, water, and sand Work with production workers to deliver concrete to the work areas on time Check machines before and after use to make sure they work safely Keep simple records of materials used and daily work activities Clean and organize your machines and the surrounding work area Follow all company safety rules and plant policies Requirements Experience with concrete mixing, batching, or industrial plant equipment Basic mechanical skills to spot and report machine issues Ability to speak and understand English Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and focused on safety Background check and drug screening may be required Work Environment Standing and walking for long periods during your shift Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly Working in a busy industrial setting with dust, noise, and vibration Working comfortably in changing indoor and outdoor temperatures Bending, stooping, climbing, and working around heavy equipment Wearing required personal protective equipment like steel-toe boots Benefits Benefits may be available depending on the assignment.
