Job Description

Keep production flowing as our next Industrial Maintenance Technician! You will troubleshoot high-speed filling lines and must have injection or blow mold plastics experience. Master 480v 3-phase, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs while managing critical PM schedules.andidates need 1-3 years of manufacturing experience and must follow SQF/GMP safety standards. This role requires shift flexibility, constant communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Help us improve efficiencies and maintain all plant equipment to ensure on-time delivery!
salary:
$62,400 - $83,200 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 6
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Preventative Maintenance (PMs): Following and executing the established maintenance schedule to ensure equipment longevity and minimal downtime.
Blow & Injection Mold Expertise:
Troubleshooting and maintaining high-speed, high-volume liquids filling and packaging equipment, specifically tailored to plastics production
Mold & Tooling Care:
Providing specialized maintenance and care to molds, machines, tools, and associated plant equipment.
Process Optimization:
Working closely with management to improve efficiencies on production lines and reviewing repair procedures for complex machinery.
Electrical Systems:
Maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical components, including 480v 3-phase power distribution and motor controls.
Hydraulics & Pneumatics:
Diagnosing and repairing fluid power systems and pneumatic actuators used in high-speed packaging.
PLC Troubleshooting:
Utilizing technical experience to diagnose programmable logic controller (PLC) issues to minimize production interruptions.
