is hiring an Injection Mold Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output, in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities What you'll do: Operating Machineryrequires oversight of the operation, manual placement of components, manual removal of injection molded parts, monitoring quality, trimming of material. Setup and Adjustment, prepare machines for operation, including calibration, cleaning, and adjusting settings to ensure optimal performance. Quality Control, inspect parts and products for defects, using precision tools and measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications. Safety, machine operators must adhere to all safety and health regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Production Efficiency, maintain standard production rates, minimize waste, and meet customer requirements. Following Instructions, follow established procedures and guidelines, and read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Material Handling, responsible for feeding raw materials or parts into machines, as well as handling finished products.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED (Required) Previous manufacturing experience (Required) Dependable, team-oriented, and highly responsible. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
