Duties Safely operate concrete mixers, dump trucks, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment to transport materials efficiently across job sites Drive commercial vehicles adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while delivering concrete and related materials Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and forming tasks to support construction crews in achieving precise results Coordinate with site managers and team members to schedule deliveries and ensure timely completion of projects Conduct routine inspections of equipment and vehicles, performing basic mechanical checks and reporting any maintenance needs Support rebar installation, concrete pumping, paving, and other foundational activities as needed on-site Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment usage, and safety inspections for compliance purposes Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as mixers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record for commercial vehicle operation Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, finishing techniques, and formwork processes Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and ability to follow OSHA standards Mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting of equipment and vehicles Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of rebar installation and concrete forming preferred Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and site supervisors Join us in building the future!
