Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! 5 am to 3:30 pm (Must be willing to work overtime) Responsibilities Operate grinding machines to produce parts according to specifications. Perform setup and adjustments on grinding equipment as needed. Utilize tools such as calipers and gauges to measure dimensions and ensure accuracy. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs. Fabricate components using various techniques including electrical discharge machining, laser cutting, and plasma cutting. Requirements Proven experience in machining or grinding roles is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Familiarity with tooling and the operation of cranes is a plus. Experience with electrical discharge machining, laser cutting, or plasma cutting is advantageous. #IND789
