Mold Operator Responsibilities:

• Load molds with proper materials and operate equipment with established procedures to produce preformed parts
• Use measuring devices and perform such operations to assure conformance of the end product to dimensional specifications
• Utilize tools and equipment necessary to produce molded products in accordance with engineering standards
• Maintain cleanliness relative to the equipment and to the molds after such operations have been performed
• Ensure that tools are in good operating condition when molder places them in storage
• Operate forklift truck, hoist, or crane Requirements for

Mold Operator:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One to three months' experience in a manufacturing facility highly desired
• Forklift experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with attention to detail, multitasking ability and a professional demeanor
• Positive attitude, integrity and commitment to excellence
• Able to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
• Able to reach overhead
• Able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time
• Able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
• Able to lift and/or move 35 pounds of weight frequently
