Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent product quality and performance. Inspect finished products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or improper dimensions. Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) to maintain optimal performance. Load raw materials (resins, pellets, etc.) into machines. Remove finished products from molds and trim excess material if necessary. Troubleshoot equipment issues and report mechanical problems to maintenance. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery. Maintain production records, including output, scrap rates, and downtime. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and wear required PPE. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in plastic manufacturing or machine operation is a plus. Ability to read and interpret basic production instructions and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials (often 25-50 lbs). Work Environment Manufacturing or industrial setting. Exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery. Working early hours (5am), overtime and may work weekends.
