- Key Responsibilities
- + Perform manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, inspection, and product repair.
+ Set up, operate, and adjust test sets and auxiliary equipment. + Perform machine and production line setups, as well as first-level preventive maintenance. + Transition between operations and/or products as production schedules require. + Inspect products using visual, automated, electronic, and mechanical inspection methods. + Conduct electronic and functional testing using automated and non-automated diagnostic programs. + Troubleshoot routine and basic defects down to the component level. + Identify, document, and communicate process or quality issues to the Team Leader. + Utilize and navigate systems operating on the Linux operating system (OS).
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- + Ability to recognize issues within assembly or operational processes and take appropriate corrective action.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues at the component level. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings. + Capability to verify mechanical dimensions and product features. + General understanding of product process flow in a manufacturing environment. + Knowledge of product quality standards, soldering specifications, and quality improvement processes. + Familiarity with manufacturing information systems. + Strong communication skills to effectively relay issues and recommendations to leadership.

- + Experience with the Linux operating system (OS).
- Physical Demands and Work Environment
- + Duties are performed in a manufacturing environment.
+ Role requires periodic light physical effort, including prolonged repetitive motions, manual dexterity, and precise hand-eye coordination. + Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, often in confined workspaces. + Use of tools and equipment, along with moving and handling materials, is required. + Position may involve occasional heavy manual effort, including lifting objects.
