1st Shift M-F (7am-4pm) / 2nd Shift M-F (4pm-12:30am)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or testing Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic or mechanical issues Linux operating system experience preferred Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings Understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality standards Comfortable using diagnostic programs and test systems Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Repetitive hand motions requiring precision and dexterity

Description:

We're seeking Test Operators to support electronic product testing and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role blends hands-on assembly, test equipment operation, and basic diagnostics, making it ideal for people who enjoy solving problems and working with technology. Perform manual assembly and operate automated test equipment Set up, adjust, and operate test stations and auxiliary equipment Execute electronic and functional testing using automated and non-automated systems Inspect products using visual, electronic, and mechanical inspection tools Troubleshoot routine and basic defects down to the component level Perform basic machine and line setups and preventative maintenance Communicate quality or process issues to team leadership Move between products and operations as production schedules require Light to moderate lifting and material handling Work performed in a manufacturing environment HirePower Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
