Rotational Molding Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a Rotational Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team in Logan, Utah. The primary focus of this role is operating rotomolding machines to produce high-quality tanks and components, followed by cleaning, deburring, and inspecting the finished products. This position is essential to ensuring our customers receive reliable and durable parts.

Responsibilities Rotomolding Operations:

Operate and monitor rotomolding machines to manufacture tanks and other components, ensuring all products meet company quality standards.

Product Finishing:

Perform cleaning, trimming, and deburring tasks to prepare molded products for use or assembly.

Inspection & Quality Control:

Conduct thorough inspections of molded parts to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.

Mold Preparation & Maintenance:

Assist in the preparation, setup, and basic maintenance of molds and rotomolding equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Safety & Organization:

Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and comply with company safety and manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications Physical Ability:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong focus on quality control and attention to detail during both production and finishing tasks.

Team Player:

Willingness to collaborate with other team members and adapt to changing production needs.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Proven ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
