Process Technician

Process Technician - Injection Molding - Hiring Immediately About the Role Aerotek is seeking an experienced Process Technician to support the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of plastic injection molding equipment. This position is ideal for someone who excels in fast, accurate machine setups, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining high-quality output in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform quick, precise machine setups, teardowns, purging, and mold changes Operate, adjust, and stabilize injection molding machines for consistent production Troubleshoot process, mechanical, and quality issues to reduce downtime and scrap Conduct in‑process inspections and complete required production documentation Collaborate with operators and maintenance to ensure smooth shift transitions Support continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and safety Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in injection molding, plastics processing, or a process technician role Strong troubleshooting skills with molding machines, tooling, and auxiliary equipment Ability to perform mold changes, setups, and adjustments with accuracy High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment Familiarity with production documentation, quality checks, and workflow processes Work Environment Hands‑on manufacturing environment with injection molding machines, mold tooling, and related equipment. May require standing, lifting, and working across multiple shifts depending on production needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
