We employ great people who are motivated to work hard and get rewarded with great pay and full benefits (medical, dental, retirement, time off) for employees and their families Job Summary Manage team as needed Team player Operate automated mill (Training provided) Load and unload trucks (Training provided) Ability to lift or move up to 75lbs At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience Climbs towers as needed can't have a fear of heights Attention to detail Detail-oriented and very meticulous with repairs and maintenance Proficiency in Welding and fabrication Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Candidate should be a self starter who can handle multiple tasks in parallel and show the ability to advance knowledge to drive process improvement continually Basic electrical experience Experience with bearings, augers, drag conveyors, idlers, sheaves, bushings, gear boxes and drives Hydraulic experience Route knowledge Vehicle safety Perform preventive maintenance and inspections for scheduled repairs Safety conscious Experience with operating equipment, Warehouse forklift, and backhoe Experience with liquid pumps Basic plumbing May be asked to deliver Feed to outside locations Wilcox Farms, we're customer-driven and focused on customer service.
