H&H Molds Full-Time | Shift 2 1:45pm-10:00 pm Manufacturing & Production About H&H Molds H&H Molds is a leader in precision injection mold manufacturing, serving industries that demand innovation and quality. We're committed to continuous improvement and technical excellence—and we're looking for a skilled Process Technician to join our team. What You'll Do Test new molds to ensure proper functionality and quality standards Develop new processes for injection molding to optimize efficiency and performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve cycle times Provide production support , troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to validate processes and resolve defects Maintain accurate documentation of setups, trials, and process changes Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in injection molding or plastic processing Strong understanding of mold setup, process development, and optimization Familiarity with scientific molding principles and DOE (Design of Experiments) is a plus Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent problem-solving and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred Why Join Us?
