Mold Maintenance Technician

Clean molds; disassemble, clean, lubricate and re-assemble molds for production. Maintain accurate mold cleaning records. Assist Mold Maintenance personnel and Tool Maker in locating and moving molds. Maintain the mold, and mold component storage areas and associated location lists. Maintains an organized and safe work environment, keep area clear of debris. Performs periodic cleaning of tooling areas. Data entry using a personal computer. Support and comply with all

Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months' experience in a manufacturing environment desired This position requires basic communication and mathematic skills, and the ability to utilize a variety of instructions in written or oral form. Required to stand, walk, bend, and frequently lift up to 70 pounds. Requires ability to push/pull molds and tools. Moderate noise level occasionally encountered.
