Job Description

Overview:
Proman is hiring Test Operators to perform automated testing on set-top box (STB) equipment to determine functionality and identify failures using electronic test instruments.
Shift & Pay:
1st
Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM $14.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate STB testing equipment (CMTx, Raptor, GEN) to meet production goals (90%+) Run automated tests and interpret results per work instructions Verify unit counts and condition Package, stage, and prepare units for production Enter data into systems using PC and RF scanners Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Maintain clean and organized workstation
Requirements:
Ability to follow detailed testing instructions Comfortable with data entry and handheld devices Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and ability to meet production goals
