Job Description

Casting Line Technician, Molding & Finishing Join Waupaca Foundry, Inc. in Marinette, WI as we build the future of iron castings through craftsmanship, sustainability, and continuous improvement. This full-time opportunity places you at the center of a modern foundry team that delivers reliable components to industries around the world. Why this role matters Every shift you support safe, efficient production that keeps our customers on schedule. You'll start in a production or service department, receive hands-on training, and progress into defined job classifications as you master new skills. Core responsibilities Practice safety first—complete all safety training and follow departmental procedures. Rely on process control docs and DWIs to ensure consistency and quality. Contribute to our 6-S housekeeping and organization culture. Engage in
ISO 14001
environmental training. Maintain work pace to achieve delivery and production goals. Operate hand tools, machinery, and production equipment. Conduct visual inspections to identify casting defects. Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds . What you offer Consistent attendance, dependable habits, and accountability. Clear verbal communication; ability to understand and follow directions. Entry-level problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently as needed. Schedule flexibility—nights, weekends, and mandatory overtime when required. Background in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Compensation and premiums Starting pay:
