Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Injection Molding Set Up/Processing Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, maintain product quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Nonrotating shifts
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and monitor injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts
  • Set up molds and perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper production
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments to the process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in plastic molding, Tool Set Up, injection mold press startup and operation required
  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections on finished products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Skills:
  • Proficient in operating injection molding machines and related equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and machine monitoring using logic controllers 5 Day work week 2nd, and 3rd shift available.
