Job Description
Description The Maintainer is responsible for taking care of the molds by making sure no scrap is left in the mold, applying mold release to prepare for the next production cycle. •1 total opening•Key Responsibilities Clean molds and apply mold release agents as needed to prepare for the next production cycle. Understand and communicate quality issues to teams over two-way radios Put inserts on molds as needed Keep molds maintained to reduce scrap Communicate any insert needs as they get low. Other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing or foam fabrication environment is a plus. Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine functions. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Must be able to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, and machine settings in English.
