We design and sell custom headlights, LED halo kits, DRL boards, underglow kits, and other performance lighting products used by enthusiasts and professional installers worldwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined team member to join our operations team. This role starts with hands-on headlight assembly and product preparation , with the opportunity to grow into order fulfillment and customer support responsibilities as product knowledge develops. Our goal is to build well-rounded product specialists who understand our products from the inside out. Primary ResponsibilitiesHeadlight Assembly Assemble custom multicolor headlights and LED lighting products Install halo rings, DRL boards, and wiring components Perform quality control inspections on completed builds Follow internal build guides and assembly procedures Maintain a clean and organized build workspace Order Fulfillment Pick and pack customer orders accurately Verify product contents and kit components Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, and USPS Assist with inventory organization and restocking Help ensure fast and accurate order processing Product Knowledge Development Employees are trained across multiple areas of the business to build strong product knowledge. As experience grows, team members may assist with: troubleshooting product issues answering basic product questions helping support staff identify components reviewing returned items or warranty products This cross-training helps ensure our team truly understands the products we sell. Growth Path Team members who demonstrate strong product knowledge and communication skills may have the opportunity to grow into Customer Support Specialist roles , assisting customers with product troubleshooting, installation questions, and warranty support. Our best support specialists are those who have hands-on experience with our products first . Qualifications Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with small components, wiring, and electronics Mechanically inclined or automotive enthusiast preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs Reliable and punctual Automotive lighting, wiring, or car modification experience is a plus but not required . Work Environment This is an in-person position based in our Chandler operations facility.
Work includes:
hands-on assembly work warehouse operations packing and shipping products We operate in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement . Compensation $19 - $22 per hour depending on experience Entry-level candidates typically start in the lower part of the range while they learn the products and assembly processes. Team members who demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and product knowledge can progress toward the top of the pay range and take on additional responsibilities. Opportunities for advancement into Customer Support Specialist roles with higher compensation may be available as product knowledge develops.
