You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency through proactive troubleshooting and equipment optimization. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive maintenance and repair on industrial machinery, including flexographic printers, laminators, and thermal oxidizers. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, focusing on PLC troubleshooting for Allen Bradley and Siemens systems. Maintain and optimize hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure consistent operational output. Lead equipment installation projects and provide technical training to team members on new machinery. Manage multiple maintenance projects independently, prioritizing tasks to meet strict production deadlines. Document maintenance activities and communicate technical status updates effectively to cross-functional teams. Perform physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering heavy components up to 55 lbs. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing maintenance environment. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including 480V systems. Demonstrated expertise in PLC diagnostics and industrial control systems. Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic component repair. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Skills Technical certification in industrial electronics or electro-mechanical technology. Experience with high-speed packaging or printing equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and inventory tracking. Strong background in preventative maintenance scheduling and execution.
