Accepting Candidates About the role Support electronics manufacturing operations onsite in Phoenix. This role focuses on SMT process optimization and high-reliability assembly for mission-critical applications. Position follows a 1st shift, 9/80 schedule starting at 7:30am. Key Responsibilities Operate and optimize SMT process equipment including solder paste printer, SPI, component placement, reflow oven, AOI, and X-Ray. Apply IPC 610 & J-Std-001 knowledge to ensure soldering quality and acceptability. Support soldering and conformal coating processes including selective solder, depanel, press fit, and conformal sprayers. Utilize Factory Logix for manufacturing execution and process documentation. Perform process optimization for underfill, plasma clean, and related assembly operations. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing. SMT process experience with specific tools: MPM/Ekra, Koh Young, Mycronic/Fuji, BTU, Nordson/Omron. Soldering & conformal coating experience (ERSA, G-Tech, Nordson sprayers). IPC 610 & J-Std-001 knowledge required. Engineering degree required. Experience with Factory Logix preferred.
