Job Description
Required education:
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred education:
Technical associate degree preferredRequired Experience and Skills
Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing, operations, or process support experience
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production operations
Experience setting up manufacturing equipment and supporting or conducting production batch runs
Ability to inspect products using standard inspection tools and measurement equipment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Effective interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on quality, performance, and accountability
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), process validation, and continuous improvement methodologies

Provide hands-on technical support for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing and inspection processes to achieve quality, cost, safety, and efficiency objectives
Develop, evaluate, and optimize processing methods, equipment, and controls to improve production performance and reduce process variability
Support new process and product introductions, ensuring activities are executed and documented in accordance with company procedures and validation requirements
Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with approved procedures, material specifications, GMP requirements, and safety standards
Investigate work-in-process issues, process deviations, and production challenges by performing technical evaluations, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
Identify opportunities for waste reduction and process improvement, supporting Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives
Assist Project and Process Engineers with manufacturing and inspection process development, Design of Experiments (DOE), Design for Manufacturability/Inspection (DFM/DFI), and development validation build activities
Execute equipment installation, qualification, and validation activities to ensure production readiness and regulatory compliance
Create, revise, and maintain manufacturing documentation, records, and process instructions in accordance with company requirements
Support engineering change control activities, including implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and associated production documentation updates
Communicate technical observations, project status, issues, and recommendations to engineering teams and management in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a culture of integrity, accountability, and customer focus
Provide training and knowledge transfer to production personnel to ensure safe and effective execution of new or revised manufacturing processes
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
