Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/remote role based in the United States for a Sr. F&SCM Process Manufacturing Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing and supply chain processes using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Daily responsibilities include leading process improvement efforts, implementing advanced ERP solutions, analyzing operational workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing best-practice recommendations tailored to client requirements. Qualifications Expertise in Supply Chain Management, including inventory control, demand planning, and logistics coordination Strong experience in manufacturing processes, production planning, and operations management Proficiency in configuring and deploying Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for process manufacturing environments Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for optimizing workflows and processes Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate solutions effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field is required Certifications in relevant ERP systems or process management methodologies are a plus Experience in complex manufacturing environments is advantageous
