Its a team environment with everyone on the team supporting each other. Oversee operations and maintenance for sites with plenty of cross training and earning potential.
Job Description:
Operate and maintain power plant systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Monitor plant performance and respond to operational issues while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, controls, and mechanical systems within the facility. Perform calibration, testing, tuning, and maintenance of instrumentation and control equipment to support plant reliability. Support daily plant operations including equipment startups, shutdowns, inspections, and system monitoring activities. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on pumps, motors, valves, compressors, rotating equipment, and control systems. Follow and maintain strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all plant safety policies and operating procedures. Accurately document maintenance activities, operational logs, inspections, and compliance-related records. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), plant control systems, and Microsoft Office applications to support operations and maintenance functions. Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and weekend coverage while working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented power generation environment. #ENG1
