You can look forward to these exciting tasks Implement and support manufacturing technologies in serial production Improve manufacturing processes, standards, and productivity Support new product launches and production readiness activities Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, and process documentation Prepare equipment specifications, feasibility studies, and supplier requirements Support audits, training, equipment releases, and cross-functional projects This is what you bring to us Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field 5-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in automotive Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs/HMIs, and troubleshooting Experience with lean manufacturing, quality tools, APQP, and project management Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills What we offer you Competitive pay Health coverage for you and your family Generous number of vacation days each year Paid wellness time and 14 paid company holidays 401(k) with company match Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
