Senior Circular Economy Parts Recovery AnalystLocation:
Auburn Hills, MIPay Rate:
Up to $46.68/hourWe are seeking a Senior Circular Economy Parts Recovery Analyst to support automotive parts recovery, reuse, remanufacturing, and scrap reduction initiatives. This role focuses on maximizing financial recovery, reducing waste, and supporting sustainable manufacturing operations through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive parts recovery, supplier management, quality systems, inventory analysis, and process improvement within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

ResponsibilitiesLead recovery and disposition activities for production scrap, service parts, and coresCoordinate reuse, repair, recycling, and remanufacturing decisions with cross-functional teamsManage supplier recovery and repair programs, including audits and performance reviewsSupport quality assurance, traceability, packaging, and compliance requirementsAnalyze inventory, warranty, and obsolescence data to identify recovery opportunitiesDevelop work instructions, reporting processes, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport engineering change management, part supersessions, and disposition trackingPresent recovery metrics, financial impact, and operational updates to leadershipMentor junior analysts and support global or overseas operational teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in automotive parts recovery, remanufacturing, quality, supply chain, or plant operationsStrong project management and analytical skillsExperience working with suppliers, audits, corrective actions, and quality systemsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred SkillsCircular Economy, core management, or scrap recovery experienceKnowledge of 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, Pareto analysis, and continuous improvement toolsExperience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management platformsAutomotive service parts or remanufacturing experience preferredEmployee BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and pet insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Commuter/Parking AccountsPeople PerksHealth Savings Account (HSA)AD & D InsuranceIf you are a data-driven supply chain or operations professional passionate about sustainability and process improvement, click "Apply Now" today.
