Job Description

Engineering Technician#26-08992 Minnetonka, MN All On-site Job Description Manufacturing Technician - Job Description The Manufacturing Technician supports daily production while contributing to safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, and a desire to grow into engineering-level responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform setup, assembly, packaging, prep operations, line clearance, and basic equipment maintenance per approved documentation and QSR requirements. Assist Engineering and Maintenance with troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and minor equipment repairs. Complete accurate production and maintenance documentation. Participate in root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive actions. Work with Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, Quality, and other team members to solve problems and implement improvements. Support continuous improvement (5S, A3s, OEE, standard work) and contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost projects. Assist with new equipment installation and validation. Maintain awareness of quality expectations and potential defects related to design, manufacturing, and testing. Demonstrate professional behavior and strong interpersonal skills. Perform other duties as needed to support the business.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing. MS Office experience. Knowledge of
FDA, ISO, OSHA
regulations. Understanding of manufacturing systems (documentation, compliance, inventory control, scheduling). Strong teamwork, communication, and results-focused mindset.
