You will leverage your expertise in industrial electricity and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and ensure our facility operates at peak efficiency. Responsibilities Proactively identify equipment wear and mechanical inefficiencies to prevent production disruptions. Execute complex repairs and preventative maintenance on plant machinery, including gear, bearing, and shaft alignment. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, including motor starters, relays, and timing circuits. Perform precision metal fabrication and welding tasks to support facility infrastructure needs. Maintain high standards of facility organization and safety, adhering to 5S methodologies. Manage the installation and calibration of piping, valves, and mechanical assemblies. Utilize machine tools such as drill presses and pipe threaders to fabricate custom maintenance solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the most efficient repair strategies for critical equipment. Required Skills 4+ years of professional experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or millwright work. Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting industrial electrical systems and using voltage meters. Strong ability to interpret complex technical schematics and engineering drawings. Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on operational decision-making. Solid mathematical aptitude and clear communication abilities. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed for project support. Experience working in high-volume, heavy manufacturing environments.
