You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to diagnose complex issues and implement proactive solutions that drive facility productivity. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifecycle of critical production assets. Diagnose and resolve multifaceted mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions to reduce operational bottlenecks. Optimize system performance by conducting rigorous inspections and implementing precision repairs. Maintain detailed technical logs and digital records to ensure compliance and track equipment health trends. Partner with cross-functional teams to refine maintenance workflows and enhance overall machine reliability. Oversee the safe installation and commissioning of new hardware to support facility expansion. Uphold stringent safety standards and maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in industrial mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Strong ability to interpret complex technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Proven track record in a fast-paced industrial maintenance or repair environment. Advanced analytical skills with a focus on root-cause problem solving. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized certification in electromechanical systems. Hands-on experience with PLC programming or industrial automation controls. Prior experience utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
